This will allow the adjuster to handle claims at a more efficient and effective rate by monitoring damage through visualization and communication with the on-site technician. We are all ears as we move through, around, and on top of the property to provide the right documentation that the adjuster and carrier request for the completion of each file.

The world is going digital, and we plan on following suit. Every Knight Services technician is equipped with a platform to deliver all documentation in real time. Before the claims adjuster can finish the estimate, the technician will have the photo documentation, sketch/diagram, and a written roof assessment uploaded to the file. These reports will provide everything assessed and documented during the inspection process. Time is limited, but our resources are not when it comes to providing customer service at its highest level.
